Mars Shah is a C-Suite leader with extensive experience in scaling private equity backed companies as a CEO, President, and CFO. Prior to GarageCo, Mars led Driven Brands as President of Driven Glass North America. Under his leadership, Driven Glass grew to the second largest company within the industry. Mars began his career in investment banking at JP Morgan and Corporate Advisory Solutions. His operating experience includes extensive management of 3,500+ professionals, M&A, global P&L management, and institutional fundraising. Mars received his MBA from Columbia University and BS from Drexel University. 

Aman Somal is a seasoned finance executive, serving as CFO at GarageCo. since October 2023. With a successful record in high-growth residential services, Aman previously led all Finance Operations for Rentokil Terminix and was CFO at Steritech, helping them both grow organically and through M&A (+100 deals) to become the global leaders in Pest Control & Food Safety respectively. Aman has extensive operational finance, business development and corporate finance experience. He is a Chartered Global Accountant (CGMA), holding a BSc from the London School of Economics and Masters at University of Warwick along with treasury and executive programs at Columbia Business School. He actively volunteers with multiple local animal shelters in Philadelphia. 

Mark Turner is currently the EVP of Operations and on the leadership team at GarageCo. Mark has held leadership positions at Driven Brands, Caliber Collision and Service King. Mark has an extensive background in operations, M&A integrations, and business development. Mark has a unique career path from humble beginnings as a technician, to owning a large network of collision centers, to various operational leadership roles at private equity backed companies. He is passionate about developing people, implementing a team-oriented company culture and pushing his teams to achieve beyond their goals. In his personal time, Mark enjoys fishing and spending time with his friends and family.

Marc Lupinacci is currently VP of Growth and on the leadership team at GarageCo. Marc is an experienced eCommerce and growth leader who has scaled and driven profitable growth at fast growing Private Equity backed DTC and eCommerce firms. Prior to joining GarageCo, Marc was the GM of the Direct-to-Consumer businesses at SimpleTire, a Bain Capital portfolio company and has also led teams at Amazon, JP Morgan Chase and ASOS. Marc also has significant experience launching and scaling marketplace businesses, most recently launching and scaling two major marketplace businesses at SimpleTire. He is an experienced strategist who leads teams to deliver top and bottom-line growth. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA from MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy and BA & BS degrees from the University of Connecticut. 

Jeff Collignon serves as Vice President of Sales at GarageCo, leading national sales strategy and performance across the company’s portfolio of brands. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience scaling multi-location home services organizations.

Prior to GarageCo, Jeff served as CEO of Modern Day Garage and President of Leaf Home Safety Solutions, where he launched and expanded businesses to $100M+ in revenue and drove significant growth through disciplined sales execution and operational leadership. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Experigreen, IMPROVEIT! Home Remodeling, and Scotts Lawn Service, overseeing large teams and substantial revenue portfolios.

Kimberly is currently VP of Human Resources and a member of the leadership team at GarageCo. Kimberly is an HR professional with over 20 years experience in executive roles with PE and M&A experience at skilled trades companies such as Tachyon, Bardi HVAC & Mechanical Engineering and Crabapple Landscape. She is “passionate about positively influencing the careers and lives of others”. This mindset aligns with GarageCo’s desire to be the Employer of Choice in the Garage Door Industry. When she’s not guiding team member relations at GarageCo, Kimberly works as an active volunteer of Camp Sunshine, a program that offers an infusion of love, support, fun acceptance and hope for children with cancer. She additionally provides volunteer services for Must Ministries assisting those less fortunate with meal programs, holiday gift programs, school supply and clothing programs. Furthermore, Kimberly serves on the Advisory Board for Etowah High School Construction Program and partners with many other skilled trade focused initiatives. 

Brian Powers is the Director of Corporate Development & M&A at GarageCo, leading the company’s partnership and acquisition efforts. Before joining GarageCo, Brian held roles at KPMG, American Dental Partners, and Cypress Health Partners. At KPMG, he provided valuation guidance across various industries. At American Dental Partners, he was part of the corporate development team, contributing to growth through acquisitions. At Cypress Health Partners, he led acquisition and partnership initiatives. Brian has extensive experience within highly acquisitive private equity-backed companies. He holds a BS from Boston College.

Gavin DuGuay joined Garage Co. as Financial Controller in February 2024, boasting a robust background in finance and accounting. With expertise in team building, implementing accounting policies, and leveraging technology for process optimization, Gavin ensures financial stability and efficiency. He holds a CPA license from New York State and holds degrees in Accounting and Finance. Beyond work, Gavin enjoys cooking and watching soccer matches.

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at GarageCo, Clément Leclerc leads financial strategy, capital allocation, corporate growth initiatives, and data analytics. A seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in private equity-backed environments, Clément specializes in building the scalable financial and data infrastructures required to accelerate enterprise value. Prior to GarageCo, he served as Vice President of FP&A at Snowden Lane Partners, where he spearheaded corporate development and M&A, successfully guiding the firm through a complex exit process. His earlier tenure includes driving strategic finance and value creation for a PE-backed omnichannel retailer, as well as shaping long-term Data-as-a-Service strategies Canada’s largest consumer loyalty program. Uniting high-level strategic vision with deep technical execution, Clément delivers the rigorous financial frameworks and actionable data products that empower high-growth organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal. 

Scott Hogate is an accomplished Treasury and Finance executive with deep experience in cash management, banking strategy, process optimization, and operational efficiency. He currently serves as Director of Treasury & Accounts Receivable at GarageCo, where he leads treasury, AR, AP, and fleet processes. 

Prior to GarageCo, Scott was Senior Vice President, Treasury Solutions Advisor at PNC Bank, supporting a 15-member team in delivering treasury consulting and solutions design. Earlier in his career, he held senior treasury leadership roles at Allied Universal, 99¢ Only Stores, Viasystems Group, Guthy-Renker, Johnson & Johnson Medical Optics, and AmerisourceBergen, driving significant cost savings, cash flow improvements, and banking optimization initiatives. 

Scott holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a BS in Business Administration, Finance & Economics from Chapman University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), an Accredited Order-to-Cash & Procure-to-Pay Consultant, and an active member and national speaker with the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). 

Tammy Vreeland is a results-driven financial executive and Director of Operations with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, operational leadership, and business ownership. She specializes in strengthening internal controls, improving processes, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and profitability. 

Throughout her career—including leadership roles at Apple Door Systems, Inc. and Garage Co.—she has driven operational improvements, playing a key leadership role as part of cross-functional teams implementing complex ERP systems that integrate financial, operational, and inventory functions to support scalable growth. Known for her analytical expertise and clear communication style, she is committed to aligning financial strategy with operational execution to deliver sustainable results. 

Adam Cmar serves as Director of Performance Marketing at GarageCo, leading growth strategy and execution across the company’s portfolio of brands. He brings nearly a decade of experience building and scaling marketing functions and teams from the ground up at several high-growth consumer startups operating in domestic and international markets. His expertise spans paid and organic acquisition, funnel optimization, lifecycle strategy, and growth analytics, with a focus on driving measurable revenue impact and improving unit economics. Adam holds a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Miami. 

Connor Smith is the Director of Systems and M&A Integration at GarageCo. He has extensive experience in business systems optimization and data infrastructure development. As the Director of Systems and M&A Integration at GarageCo, Connor oversees and develops end-to-end data flow, including data engineering, business intelligence development, and analytics, as well as all business systems and M&A integration. Previously, he led a team of engineers and business system analysts at Driven Brands, where he played a pivotal role in building the second-largest glass automotive company and the largest collision automotive franchise in North America. Known for his dedication to volunteer work, Connor won the 2019 STANDOUT of the Year award for raising over $10,000 for Cystic Fibrosis in three months. He graduated with honors from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BSBA in Finance.

Justin Goldberg is a dynamic professional supporting the corporate development initiatives at GarageCo. Justin draws from a background in M&A investment banking, business analytics, and market research. His expertise in fundraising, M&A, analytics, and finance was cultivated through impactful internships during his undergraduate years. Justin graduated with a BBA with a focus in finance from Montclair State University in May 2023. Beyond academia, he captained Montclair’s nationally-ranked soccer team for three years and was VP of the Finance Society for two.

Drew Xavier is a seasoned sales leader with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and improving profitability across multi-location service organizations. As Director of Sales at GarageCo, Drew leads sales strategy and execution across the platform, building high-performing teams and implementing disciplined systems that deliver consistent, measurable results. 

Prior to GarageCo, Drew served as Director of National Sales at A.M. Leonard, Vice President of Residential Aftermarket Sales at DH Pace, and Regional Sales Leader at Scotts Miracle-Gro, where he led multi-state teams and delivered sustained top- and bottom-line growth. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in youth baseball.
