Mars Shah is a C-Suite leader with extensive experience in scaling private equity-backed companies as a CEO, President and CFO. Prior to GarageCo, Mars led Driven Brands as President of Driven Glass North America. Under his leadership, Driven Glass grew to be the second largest company within the industry. Mars began his career in investment banking at JP Morgan and Corporate Advisory Solutions. His operating experience includes extensive management of 3,500+ professionals, M&A, global P&L management and institutional fundraising. Mars received his MBA from Columbia University and a BS from Drexel University.
